Designed to accommodate a multigenerational family, this intimate guest house is a complementary extension to the West Bay View main residence. The interior space allows for privacy not typically found in a house of this size. The exterior is scale sensitive, maintaining low eave lines and incorporating a combination of gables, gambrels and dormers evocative of a shingle style Cape aesthetic.
