Morris Island

Chatham, MA

Clad in cedar shingles and white painted trim, this year-round residence contextually complements the established Chatham neighborhood with a traditional front entrance composition of leaded-glass side-lights and transoms. The outdoor pool and living spaces are sited towards the east, with expansive views of Monomoy Island and Nantucket Sound. A light-filled lower level takes advantage of a sleep south-facing slope to maximize daylight and provide seamless indoor-outdoor transition.
