The steep grade of the site's south-facing hillside informed the vertical organization of the project program, ensuring ground level access on multiple floors. The contemporary light-filled design utilized high performance aluminum windows and doors, combined with an exterior finish of synthetic stucco over insulation to optimize energy efficiency and reduce emissions. Floor to ceiling glazing, glass balustrades, and clean lines merge with uninterrupted vistas to perfect this modern home.
