The distilled architectural vocabulary responds thoughtfully to the site’s topography, integrating the massing into the landscape while maximizing privacy and access to daylight. Spatially, the house is organized to provide clear vertical and horizontal separations between social, private, and recreational zones. A five-bedroom layout featuring a primary suite set apart by a connecting walkway offers seclusion while maintaining a visual dialogue with the double-height central living space and enhancing programmatic flow. The program includes a light-filled lower level, a full workout room, indoor-outdoor sport courts, work-from-home spaces, and a detached pavilion. Material selections reflect a commitment to both elegance and durability. The exterior is rendered in a palette of white-painted brick, stucco, and galvanized steel, while interiors are softened by white oak millwork, limewash, and Roman Clay.
